Where the Magic Pops Up
The Idea: To bring the TSC brand to life in a tangible, festive way, we created a limited-time holiday pop-up store in the heart of downtown Toronto. Designed to surprise and delight, the in-store experience blended physical touchpoints with digital convenience through shoppable QR codes, allowing customers to interact with curated holiday products and shop seamlessly from their phones.
Why it works: The TSC Holiday Pop-Up wasn’t just a seasonal activation—it was a strategic brand moment designed to meet customers where they are, both physically and digitally. As TSC continues to evolve from a traditional shopping channel into a more modern, omni-channel retailer, this pop-up allowed us to test a physical retail presence in a high-foot-traffic area while reinforcing the brand’s relevance during the critical holiday season. The space was designed to spark emotion, create content-worthy moments, and drive awareness through organic and digital amplification—all while showcasing our holiday assortment in a highly visual, interactive format.

Influencer Unboxing Campaign
To drive awareness and social engagement during the peak holiday season, we launched a festive influencer unboxing campaign. Stylish, branded gift boxes filled with curated TSC holiday products were sent to select influencers, encouraging authentic reactions and shareable content across Instagram. Influencers organically shared their unboxing moments, with many posts being reshared by followers, resulting in a significant boost in @shopTSC’s social following and engagement. The campaign resonated with new customers by spotlighting TSC’s unexpected and exciting assortment, while positioning the brand as modern, relevant, and holiday-ready. It created a warm introduction to TSC in a way that felt genuine, community-driven, and visually impactful—turning gift-giving into a powerful brand discovery moment.
